Block sizes and information

The subdivisional boundaries have been designed to offer at least 1 building homesite on each title. On several of the blocks, there are multiple possible building envelopes for the new owner to choose from.

Each title is different, some have a mass of native flora, with many mature gum trees and stands of ti-tree, melaleuca, wattyls and bottlebrush. Others are more open, with lomandras, sedges, sags and whispy native wallaby grasses. Most of the titles are a mix of both mature bushland, with open meadows meandering throughout.
